Return Policy

The terms set out herein shall form an integral part of the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The User acknowledges that these terms of return, refund and cashback are limited to direct sale by the Company and that these terms of return, refund and cashback are not available in case of sale by third party. These terms apply for all modes of purchase made from the Company and its affiliates, including purchases on the Platform. The User must make sure that the shipping address and bank account details are complete, true and accurate so as to ensure that the Products are delivered on time and the refunds are initiated without delay. The User accepts and acknowledges that in case of any information required for the purpose of shipping a Product or making refund is not complete, true and accurate and the process of shipping and/or refund has been initiated by the Company, then the Company shall not be held liable for the Product and/or the refund not being received.
